This Rada Paring Knife is made in Iowa from surgical quality stainless steel. They have permanently cast solid brushed aluminum handles. Hand wash only.

Notes from Merissa: The Tomato Slicer is my favorite Rada knife. I never knew that it could be so easy to slice a tomato (and other soft fruits and vegetables) without squishing them until I found this incredible knife. I'm constantly using this knife in my kitchen and I love to give it as a gift.

Love the Rada Tomato Slicer

I'd bought one for myself a while back and loved it, and this purchase was for a gift for my sister. We both love our homegrown tomatoes and I knew she'd love this tomato knife as much as I do. It's very sharp, so I treat it with respect, including leaving it in its cardboard sleeve in my drawer. It slices tomatoes neatly and quickly, like a warm knife through butter. I've found it's also great for slicing ripe peaches, which we do often here in Georgia. The company makes great knives, the price is good, and I recommend this knife 100%.

This truly is my favorite tomato knife ever! I bought it a couple of summers ago and have enjoyed it ever since. I grow my own tomatoes in the summer and use only this knife on them. I just bought one yesterday for my sister. Thank you, Merissa!
